“The Annual May Show”

The Village in the Grand Traverse Commons, Traverse City, MIchigan
The May Show has been a local tradition for 37 years! Started by the Traverse Area Arts Council in 1970, the Artworks Alliance now carries on the torch making this our 2nd very successful May Show. The 50 works on display this year encompass a wide variety of subject matter, media, and style, showcasing the diversity of talent in the area. This year we designated the first place choice as “The Charly Hansen Memorial Award” in honor of our founder who passed away last June. To view pictures of the opening night go to:
